If you are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase you can return it for a refund or to swap for a different size, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.

All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Staark within one month of the refund request being made.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

For a Refund we will transfer the full value of the garment back to the card used to purchase it.

For a Swap, we will do our best to provide you with an alternative garment.  As we build-to-order this may require adding the new size request to a new production run.
